Heart-CenterED Changemakers are educators and leaders who place compassion, empathy, and the well-being and mental health of the whole learning community at their core, starting with embodied practices. Heart-CenterED Changemakers cultivate a mindful climate and culture, prioritize emotional intelligence and connection, actively listen and respond with their educational community, inspire courageous conversations, and create supportive environments where everyone is seen, honored, and valued.

Monthly Connection, Learning, Support, and Personal Practice
When you choose to become a transformational, Heart-CenterED Changemaker in education, it is essential that you have a supportive community. Each month, you have the opportunity to connect alongside educational Heart-CenterED Changemakers engaging in this mission (held via Zoom for 90 minutes). We use The Butterfly Within™ Mindfulness-Based SEL Framework to guide our learning and strongly focus on the embodiment component.
During our group session:
You connect with other Heart-CenterED Changemakers and gain ideas from others.
Engage in reflection and receive group coaching support.
Explore the new Mindfulness-Based SEL lesson for the month along with strategies/resources (this part of our time is recorded as a training and added to our learning library that you can access at any time).
Create an action plan to develop your confidence to lead this lesson/work within and beyond school.
We close with a 30-minute well-being experience.

*If you are in any of Lindsey’s Heart-CenterED Transformational Coaching programs or the School Climate Coaching Ambassador Team, these monthly sessions are included.
*For your monthly subscription to our Heart-CenterED Changemaker Community, there are no contracts or commitments, and you are more than welcome to cancel at any time if this no longer serves your growth. It is your responsibility to attend live or catch the recordings if you are unable to make the live Zoom session (no reimbursements once a month has been paid).
