Wanting to engage in an individualized Yoga (one-to-one or small group) Session?

For classes, you will need a mat or a safe surface to move, paper/journal, writing utensil, and any props you prefer. Any additional materials will be listed in the email for the upcoming class.
Classes are held on ZOOM or in-person* (based on location) and must be reserved at least one week in advance to allow for developing a customized class plan. Please contact Lindsey directly if you have any questions.
